Learning, more learning…

I haven’t really been into recording my daily or special events in a journal or a diary. But Shaahaa’s blog/diary inspired me so much over the past couple of months that I thought I should start writing my own online diary here. So let’s start with my first actual diary post.

Well, nothing really has happened over the week, since I’m attending the four-day media development workshop organised by Commonwealth and Maldives Journalists Association (MJA). The workshop has been going pretty well, not to mention the new media friends I’m getting into contact with and a small, secret tour of Holiday Inn I had with a really cute girl.  :-)

My sleeping hours has also changed quite a bit, since I’m on partial, unofficial leave from office strictly during the workshop hours. So in almost every evening, I’ve been engaged in official business. Sunday evening, I went to Olympus with a colleague to watch and film the premiere of Dhivehi movie ‘Fanaa’. I’ve never actually liked going Olympus, but it seems like I’m in a relationship with Dhivehi movies at all. Anyways, it was okay since I had a really good laugh.

So that’s what I’ve been doing over the past 4 days! :-)
